Terms & Conditions — Maila Wholesale UK

Trade Notice: These terms govern the use of mailawholesale.co.uk and describe our commercial trading framework for UK business customers. These terms are subject to final contract execution upon account opening with Maila Ltd.

1. Business-to-Business (B2B) Trade Scope

Maila Ltd supplies products exclusively on a Business-to-Business (B2B) wholesale basis. By submitting an enquiry or registering for a trade account, you confirm that you are purchasing goods solely for commercial, retail, or trade purposes and not as a consumer under UK consumer rights legislation.

2. Product Information & Availability

We endeavor to ensure all pack sizes, case counts, pallet ti/hi data, and product descriptions are accurate. However, packaging configurations and specifications may undergo minor manufacturer revisions. All supply is subject to stock availability and allocation confirmation by our trade desk.

3. Quotations, Pricing & Minimum Orders

Product prices are confidential and provided upon trade enquiry. Quotations remain valid for the period stated on commercial pro-forma invoices. Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply by outer case or pallet lot, as agreed during commercial onboarding.

4. Delivery & Title of Goods

Deliveries are made to verified commercial addresses across mainland UK. Risk in goods passes upon receipt of delivery. Title and ownership in all goods remains with Maila Ltd until invoice payment has cleared in full.

5. Governing Law

These terms and any commercial wholesale agreements entered into with Maila Ltd shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.
